What’s the Cast of “THE RED ROAD” Up To?

Jason Momoa (Phillip Kopus)
In addition to upcoming monster movie Wolves and 2015 thriller Sugar Mountain, Momoa has just officially joined the DC Comics film universe in the role of Aquaman, who will appear in Batman v Superman and the Justice League movie before headlining his own Aquaman film in 2018. The hulking star also lit up YouTube recently after a video of his successful Game of Thrones audition went viral.

Martin Henderson (Harold Jensen)
The New Zealand native will appear in the suspenseful Everest alongside Jake Gyllenhaal, Josh Brolin, Robin Wright, Sam Worthington, Emily Watson and John Hawkes. Also, Henderson’s Aussie crime drama Secrets & Lies gets an American network remake soon.

Julianne Nicholson (Jean Jensen)
Nicholson stars in upcoming film adaptation of Ten Thousand Saints, Eleanor Henderson’s acclaimed novel about a young man’s experiences in the straight edge punk movement. Co-stars include Hailee Steinfeld, Ethan Hawke, Emile Hirsch and Emily Mortimer. Nicholson has also signed onto 2015 Whitey Bulger biopic Black Mass as mob wife and Bulger associate Marianne Connolly.

Kiowa Gordon (Junior)
Gordon is starring in Kickstarter-funded indie comedy Heat Wave alongside Twilight co-star Bronson Pelletier, as well as 2015′s Medicine Man, a tale of rival Old West snake oil salesmen.

Allie Gonino (Rachel Jensen)
Catch Gonino later this year in See You in Valhalla, starring Modern Family’s Sarah Hyland as a young woman returning home after a long absence to mourn a tragic death in the family.

Tom Sizemore (Jack Kopus)
Sizemore is appearing in upcoming ensemble drama Reach Me, starring Kyra Sedgewick, Thomas Jane and The Walking Dead ‘s Lauren Cohan. He will also star in An Honest Thief, a neo-noir thriller set in the actor’s native Detroit and penned by brother Aaron Sizemore.

Tamara Tunie (Marie)
You can see Tunie on Amazon’s Alpha House as Eve, Robert Bettencourt’s (Clark Johnson) ex-wife. She also has a recurring role as Dr. Melinda Warner on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.
