What’s Up Next for the Cast of “THE HONORABLE WOMAN”?

Can’t get enough of the cast of THE HONORABLE WOMAN? Keep up with the stars throughout their upcoming big and small-screen projects.

Maggie Gyllenhaal (Nessa Stein)

After 2014 roles in surreal indie hit Frank,  starring Michael Fassbender, and River of Fundament, the latest unique art film by sculptor-director Matthew Barney, Gyllenhaal is now making her Broadway debut in Tom Stoppard’s Tony Award-winning The Real Thing, opposite Ewan McGregor.

Stephen Rea (Sir Hugh Hayden-Hoyle)

The revered character actor is slated to appear in a pair of intriguing 2014 genre flicks: The Curse of Styria and Out of the Dark. Rea, who is currently performing in Enda Walsh’s new play Ballyturk in London, also lent his voice to the Peabody & Sherman movie earlier this year.

Andrew Buchan (Ephra Stein)

The man behind Ephra Stein is all over UK TV at the moment, reprising the role of embattled plumber Mark Latimer on Broadchurch and starring in period drama The Great Fire, which tells the true story of London’s 1666 burning in miniseries form.

Lubna Azabal (Atika Halibi)

The Belgian actress is appearing in a handful of high-profile short movies this year, including Reprieve, the tale of an American veteran facing the remains of an innocent family he once bombed, and Disney Ramallah, about a Hezbollah official whose son dreams of a trip to Euro Disney.

Janet McTeer (Dame Julia Walsh)

This Oscar-nominated actress seems to keep popping up in all sorts of places, appearing in upcoming horror movie Angelica, as well as on stage in London’s West End, and providing narration for this year’s Disney blockbuster Maleficent. Most exciting, perhaps, is McTeer’s starring role as Commander Guziewicz in Battle Creek, the upcoming CBS procedural from Breaking Bad creator Vince Gilligan.

Igal Naor (Shlomo Zahary)

You can catch the Israeli actor as Persian King Darius in the 2014 prequel 300: Rise of an Empire. Then keep your eyes peeled for a supporting role in upcoming thriller Damascus Cover, starring Jonathan Rhys Meyers and Abigail Spencer.
