1 ½ Parts Thai chili infused GREY GOOSE® Vodka*
¾ Parts lime juice
¾ Parts simple syrup
¾ Parts Mezcal
2 parts Kosher salt
1 part crushed black pepper
Slice of cucumber sprig of cilantro, stem removed
Combine Kosher salt and black pepper. Rim Old Fashioned glass with sesame oil, dip in kosher salt/crushed black pepper mix. Muddle cucumber and cilantro in a shaker tin, add ingredients and ice, shake and double strain over ice into old fashioned glass. Garnish with cucumber-cilantro chip.
*Thai chili infused Vodka:
8 Parts GREY GOOSE® Vodka
3 Thai chilis, cut lengthwise
Place in bowl together for 5 minutes, or to taste (be careful, it gets spicy fast!). Strain out chilis and place Vodka back in bottle.
