1 Part GREY GOOSE® Vodka
1 Part Cynar
1 Part lemon (meyer if in season)
½ Part rich simple syrup (2 parts organic evaporated cane sugar : 1 part water)
8-10 mint leaves
Top with Fever Tree Bitter Lemon Tonic
Muddle the mint in the lemon. Combine the rest of the ingredients and set aside. Peel a Lemon Horseneck and set up in your glass, holding it in place with the ice. Add ice to your mixture, shake and double strain into Collins glass. Top with Bitter Lemon Tonic and place a large mint sprig atop.
