Sundance Channel will present the network’s largest ever multimedia experience at the 2012 Sundance Film Festival with robust on air, on site and online activities in order to provide unprecedented access to those attending the festival and for fans at home. “Sundance Channel HQ” will offer a one-stop shop for exclusive Festival media coverage, insider events, musical performances, celebrity news, and guests can unwind and recharge while enjoying the many Sundance Channel HQ events. Highlights include meeting the cast of the new original non-fiction series PUSH GIRLS at Sundance Channel’s Festival Party and an intimate Artist Talk with INVISIBLE WAR soundtrack performer Mary J. Blige. The HQ will be located at the Hope Gallery, 268 Main Street, in the heart of Park City, Utah.

Friday, January 20th – Sundance Channel hosts an invitation-only Artist Talk at the HQ with “Invisible War” soundtrack performer Mary J. Blige.

Saturday, January 21st – Sundance Channel and Brita will celebrate the Brita FilterForGood Music Project at an exclusive HQ invitation-only event featuring live performances by musician and actress Malin Akerman and husband Roberto Zincone, followed by acoustic-pop trio Guster, and the debut of a short documentary by filmmaker Destin Daniel Cretton.

Saturday, January 21st – Private premiere party for the highly-anticipated film “Lay the Favorite,” starring Bruce Willis, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Rebecca Hall, Joshua Jackson, Vince Vaughn, Laura Prepon and Corbin Bernsen. Directed by Stephen Frears. Hosted by Sundance Channel and DIRECTV at Goodnight Gansevoort at The One Group House – 427 Main Street.

Monday, January 23rd – Sundance Channel celebrates this year’s Festival at the HQ with a cocktail reception and an introduction to the cast of “Push Girls,” a new, original docu-series slated to premiere on the network in April 2012. The series traces the lives of four dynamic, outspoken women who, by accident or illness, have been paralyzed from the neck or waist down.

Monday, January 23rd – Sundance Channel and GREY GOOSE® ENTERTAINMENT host an invite-only event to celebrate the creative visionaries who have inspired five seasons of “Iconoclasts” and toast the green light of season six at the GREY GOOSE Blue Door, 449 Main Street. Sundance Channel’s General Manager Sarah Barnett moderates an exclusive panel with legendary musician Paul Simon and acclaimed filmmaker Joe Berlinger for an intimate journey into the world of the award-winning original series.
