Creep-fest, kink and Kubrick: what to watch this week on Sundance Channel
As the weather gets chilly, so does our schedule of October films, packed with plenty of spine-tingling flicks to get you in the mood for Halloween. This weekend we’ve got back-to-back gruesome gore with COFFIN ROCK and THE DEAD GIRL. We keep it creepy with BROKEDOWN PALACE, DOPAMINE, ENTER THE VOID and top it all off with Kubrick’s creep-tastic EYES WIDE SHUT. Of course, if you like your Kubrick without weird, caped men then you’ll want to check out his picaresque masterpiece, BARRY LYNDON.
We round things out with DOMINO, THE SADDEST MUSIC IN THE WORLD, IN AMERICA , OSCAR AND LUCINDA, THE NOTORIOUS BETTIE PAGE and Robert Redford’s THE CLEARING. And all you documentary lovers, Sundance wouldn’t forget you! Tune in for STANDING IN THE SHADOWS OF MOTOWN, RIO BREAKS, and MY WILD LIFE: (with Green Porno’s own) ISABELLA ROSSELLINI.
We’re also showing blocks of Love Lust, Ludo Bites America, Lazy Environmentalist, Unleashed by Garo and Joe Zee’s All on the Line (just in time to get you all caught up before the Season 2 premiere in November). But there’s still tons more! See what’s playing now.
